SWFROC is an organization of and for
resident owned manufactured/mobile home communities located in
Southwest Florida.
It provides a place for community board members
and park managers to meet and discuss matters of common interest in
a relaxed atmosphere.
It also arranges for educational input from a
speaker's bureau comprised of professionals from organizations such
as attorneys, accountants, insurance brokers, etc. designed to
promote better management of these communities and, thereby, improve
the lives of the residents and members of these communities.
SWFROC
is also established to join with other similar organizations and
communities throughout the State of Florida for the purpose of
having their voices heard at all levels of government.
